“The host Justin was rude. Instruction was to find the keys on the dinning table and they were not. Code to enter the unit was not provided. All chairs on the dinning has cusion and they are all rip. one of the chair is wobbly and unsafe to sit on. The pictures shown on the Expedia was not the right unit given to us. When complaining to the host about this issue, I was told if we want to just leave so others could use it instead of apologizing. Awful i guess you get what you pay for. Don’t be……

“Check in was a nightmare! The receptionist has no no record of our booking! We waited over an hour before the owner came! She is friendly but she told us our accommodation is occupied!!!! Hence she tried to get us another room but we booked for three and was given a room for two!!! It’s very cramped and no room to move at all! The bathroom door cannot be closed. Cutlery was for two. The accomodation we booked for is for 3-4 people and hence on the photos was more roomy. This one is a studio……

“This is a private accomodation that is offered for stay. The host/manager is faultless, super helpful and attentive. Location good. Room slightly dated. Frustratingly slow elevators. Swimming pool in picture but not included, only available for 2x guests only and is chargeable at extra cost.”
